Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after the product has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns on sale items or personalized products.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
